I am afraid not. The screen is not the same size, it's unlikely to work.

This one is a regular ESP32, not a S3 one, it won't work either.
I understand you'd prefer to order on amazon rather than aliexpress but if you want to be sure that the board you buy will work I would recommend buying the specific model recommended on the site.
Mine took just over a week to arrive then it took me an additional 30 seconds to have it up and running thanks to the web installer tool on the site.

I've just completed this project, this is fantastic! as a long term diabetic, many thanks for this! this is enormously helpful. I did want to leave this 3D printed case I found fun case anyone else may benefit from it.
