In its basic version, the Gluco-Monitor uses a 3.5-inch capacitive screen and is powered by a smartphone charger with a USB-C port (minimum 5V 1A).
On the back, there are various connectors: a USB-C port—like those found on smartphones—to power the unit, as well as a JST 1.25 connector for an external battery.
Battery Option
A 3.7V 2000mAh or 3000mAh lithium battery can be connected at the rear. Connection is made via a JST1.25 connector. Ensure the red wire (+) is positioned on the left, as shown in the photo. If the screen does not turn on when using the battery, use a fine-tipped tool to press the push-button located to the left of the connector. Charging occurs when the screen is plugged into the USB port.
Mounting case
To hold the screen and battery together, they can be mounted in a 3D-printed case. The battery dimensions must not exceed 70 x 38 x 15 mm.

The screen and its microcontroller are manufactured in China. When ordering via AliExpress, delivery typically takes about ten days, and the process is very reliable.
